Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Arakichi and his Bahrain counterpart Abdratif bin Rashid Al Zayani on Monday’s bystanders of the 2025 UN Human Rights Council’s 58th session and the 2025 Geneva Disarmament Conference A meeting was held.
Iran’s foreign minister opposed the serious threat posed by the Israeli regime’s expansionist and occupation policies to Palestine and other regional countries.
Arachchi also called for coordinated efforts by regional and Muslim countries to counter the massacre crimes of Zionist regimes in Palestine.
He also described the upcoming meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Islamic Cooperation Organizations as a good opportunity for unified action against the colonial plot for the forced relocation of Palestinians from Gaza.
On his part, Bahrain’s Foreign Minister expressed his fierce opposition to the movement of people from Gaza.
Almost every regional country is opposed to President Donald Trump’s proposal to relocate Palestinians in Gaza to other countries such as Jordan and Egypt.
Despite the backlash, Trump claimed that Egypt and Jordan would ultimately agree to his demands that Gaza’s population be removed.
Rights groups warn that forced evacuation could constitute a crime against humanity under international law.
