Commander of Brigadier General Alireza Sabahi Fard, the Iranian Army Air Defense Force, said on Saturday that enemies and invaders will not be able to reach Iranian skies.
“The changes in techniques and tactics lie in proportion to current threats,” Sabahi Fard told senior air defense force commanders and managers, PressTV reported.
He adds that changes in Iran’s technology and tactics certainly disrupt the enemy, noting that the country’s air defense forces are pursuing this approach.
Pointing to a plan to promote the capabilities of the forces, he added, “The power of our nation is now the thorns on the enemy’s side.”
Army’s Zolfaghar 1403 During Zolfaghar 1403 joint military operations in the south last month, Iran’s Army’s 15 Khordad air defense systems and offensive Arash drones intercepted and destroyed mock hostile targets.
Observers say the operation demonstrated Iran’s advances in drone technology and its ability to carry out long-range strikes with high levels of accuracy, further strengthening the country’s growing military capabilities in the region.
Designed to simulate real-world combat scenarios, they point out that these operations continue to underscore Iran’s air defense preparation and its commitment to maintaining a robust and integrated defense network to protect national security.
