According to a statement from the ministry, the tolls included five people killed in an Israeli military fire, and four bodies recovered from the tile rub in the past 48 hours.
The ministry said 21 injured Palestinians were transferred to hospitals, bringing the number of injuries to 111,824 in the onslaught of Israel, Anadolu News reported.
A ceasefire agreement has been in place in Gaza since January 19th, causing widespread destruction of Israeli war, leaving the Palestinian enclaves abandoned.
Despite the ceasefire, local governments in Gaza reported almost daily ceasefire violations by Israeli forces.
Israel suspended humanitarian admission to Gaza on Sunday hours after the expiration of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement and refused to discuss the second phase of the transaction.
The International Criminal Court issued a warrant for arrests in November last year by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister Joab Gallant for crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing a genocide case in the International Court of Justice due to its war with the enclave.
