Iranian Trade Promotion Agency (TPOI) Akbar Godali, Central Asia, Caucasus and Russia’s Trade Promotion Agency, said that exports of non-oil products to allies from March 21, 2024 to January 20, 2025 showed a growth of 22% compared to last year’s response period.
He added that Iran exported $1.631.1 million worth of non-oil goods to the union’s member states from March 21, 2024 to January 20, 2025.
Godali has valued non-oil goods exported from Iran to the Union member states from March 21, 2023 to January 20, 2024 at $1.3338 billion.
During this period, Iran imported $1.274 billion worth of non-petroleum products from EAEU members, showing a 2% decline compared to the same period last year, he added.
Russia and the Republic of Armenia took up Iran’s major export target market during this period, he said, adding that Iran exported $889 million worth of non-oil goods to the Russian Federation between March 21, 2024 and January 20, 2025.
