Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut stressed that Iran’s nuclear program cannot be eliminated through military action, and that nuclear knowledge “resides in the mind and intelligence of Iranian scientists and cannot be bombed.”
Regarding the bystanders of the OIC Foreign Ministers’ Summit in Jeddah, Araguchi said Iran will not resume negotiations with the US on the nuclear program, as long as the Trump administration continues its maximum pressure campaign.
He also dismissed the urgency to allow Iran to engage with Syria’s interim rulers.
Additionally, Aragut has issued a harsh warning about possible Israeli invasions, saying that if Israel attacks Iran, it will ignite wider conflict in the Middle East with serious regional consequences.
