Portland – Remember the horrors of South African indigenous peoples. In 1652, he established what later became the Boer Republic, along with Dutch settlers and followers of German and French Huguenots. This is a horrifying land where native black groups were conquered under a system of racial segregation commonly known as apartheid.
The world has largely turned a blind eye to the suffering of the natives for centuries, but in the end, Western conscience slowly awakened by the imposition of economic sanctions in the 1960s. However, international pressures initially largely were not bitten because we were reluctant to take a moral position, thus supporting short-term economic benefits for humanity. Still, the world was not stationary.
In 1974, South Africa was suspended from participating in the UN General Assembly by votes between 91 and 22. South Africa did not voice or vote at the UN until it was re-entered at the end of the apartheid regime in 1994, and the transition to non-racial democracy was re-entered. The UN position was one of the turnaround pillars of this abominable episode of human history, while the other was a change in the US mind to support the moral position of decency and humanity, accompanied by the adoption of the comprehensive anti-apartheid Act of 1988, with the longer views and pressure from the US Congress.
Today, in 2025, the world is facing a much more terrifying savage savage savage of Palestine. Since the early 1900s, they have been faced with expropriation of Palestinian lands, and systematic apartheid, which is more frightening than what was prevalent in South Africa. Hunger, which used hunger as a weapon of war, has produced at least 65,000 casualties and is seen on the ground along with most dead women and children (possibly buried under the tiled rub). There is an unimaginable pain right in front of us. The onslaught of Israel cannot be called war, as it has the deadliest weapons and the finest intelligence against the tattered militias of Hamas fighters.
But the world does little. The United States, along with others, continues to arm Israel with deadly weapons, genocide and destroy it. The United States is vetoing the UN Security Council to protect Zionist genocide. America is sanctioning it along with the International Criminal Court and its justice, threatening the International Court of Justice, and in the process of ocking all international organizations and the final traces of international law to protect Zionist crimes. The United Nations does not have a halt for Israel. Meanwhile, the US is destroying the sacred right to free speech by labeling Israel’s criticism as anti-Semitics. The world has not progressed, but instead returned since World War II.
The world is rapidly losing humanity, decency, compassion, and moral compass to separate it from the wrong. In the 1970s, America eventually found a North Star and supported South Africans at their own freedom. Today, America is doubling in the process of supporting Palestinian genocide and destroying the little-effective international legal system we had. The US was able to end the massacre with a call to the Israeli Prime Minister, but Europeans are primarily leading the US line, and Arab tyrannical lords stay with their mothers to avoid angering Washington’s main supporters.
America and the world will pay a huge price for this episode of inexplicable accomplice and moral destruction!
