In a speech showing the opportunity of Eid al-Fitr, Abdul Malik al-Houti congratulated Yemeni people and the Muslim community, particularly the resilient Palestinians.
Al-Houthi addressed the nation to thank Yemeni fighters on the frontline, and to the military, security personnel and official bodies for their dedication and sacrifice.
He also paid tribute to the families of martyrs, wounded and prisoners, highlighting their immobility and courage.
Speaking to the Palestinians, especially the Gaza Strip, Al-Houchi praised their resilience in the face of Israeli atrocities.
He praised the people of Gaza for resisting the achievement of fasting and profession during Ramadan, and described their perseverance as a source of pride.
Al Houch has called on Muslims around the world to remember the light-form of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, who have endured hunger, genocide, destruction and evacuation.
He condemned repeated attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, criticised the US and Israeli efforts to undermine the Palestinian cause, and urged Muslims to take responsibility for countering these conspiracies.
Reaffirming Yemen’s commitment to supporting Palestine, Al Houcci said that US aggression towards Yemen would not undermine the country’s military capabilities or resolve to support Gaza.
Yemen’s faith and struggle are rooted in its Islamic identity and insights from the Qur’an, he said.
