TEHRAN – Iran’s foreign minister said the ministry will promote efforts to protect the rights of countries to enjoy peaceful nuclear technology in consultation with like-minded countries.
Abbas Araguchi made comments during a meeting with members of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee in Congress on Monday.
At a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Iran’s top diplomats also detailed the latest developments related to the country’s foreign policy, and explained to lawmakers about the efforts and initiatives that diplomatic devices have made to protect the country’s national interests.
He described measures adopted by the province over the past year, namely the area of nuclear energy, strengthening relations with neighboring countries, promoting North-South cooperation, exploiting possibilities in multilateral organizations, including BRICS and Shanghai cooperation organizations, and adopting active two-international organizations to adopt the warmth of Israel and the aggressive two-international organizations to support the warmth of Israel and Genocone.
Aragucci also took the itinerary of Iranian President Masuud Pezeschian during his trip to New York and attended the 80th Plenary Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Top Diploma also presented his conference and lectures on the periphery of the UN General Assembly session, as well as his latest diplomatic efforts to counter the disruptive approach adopted by the three European countries and the United States, as well as the latest diplomatic efforts to abuse the mechanisms designed to resolve differences in the 2015 Iranian nuclear contract known as the JCPOA Integration Plan (JCPOA) to resolve the lifting of the 2015 Iranian nuclear contract.
The meeting between Araguchi and lawmakers appears to be aimed at alleviating concerns about recent developments regarding Iran’s nuclear program. Some lawmakers had proposed to withdraw Iran from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
Many Iranian lawmakers have not looked at the other branches of the Iranian government regarding measures to be adopted in the face of reimposed sanctions on Iran over the nuclear program.
