The ongoing strike on Monday included business closures and public protests, marking a show of solidarity with coastal slivers, which was the first scene of Israeli massacre and devastation since October 2023, according to Press TV.
The occupied territory, Eastern Al-Kudz, Ramallah city, the northern cities of Nabulus and Tarkham, and the central cities of Al Bile staged protests elsewhere and listened to calls from various Palestinian groups, including the Gaza-based Resistance Movement Hamas and the Gaza Solidarity Campaign.
The general strike call reiterated international demands for action aimed at halting or condemning the Tel Aviv genocide campaign, which enjoys unreserved military and political support on the US side.
The request coincides with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the United States. Benjamin Netanyahu faces a warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Around the world, protesters and organizers have condemned the international community’s inaction. This refrains from acting on warrants for the arrest of Netanyahu and other Israeli officials involved in the genocide.
