Tehran – Ambassadors in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Brunei and Uzbekistan visited the Bisotun complex in western Kermansha on Sunday.
The top diplomats were drawn to the splendor and grandeur of this historic complex. They called it unique and rich in ancient culture and history, Chtn reported.
On the tour bystanders, several traditional athletes performed the Zoorkhaneh ritual, which was well received by the ambassadors.
They also visited Shah Abbasi Caravanserai with their families. This Caravanserai is a prominent sample of Caravanserais architecture related to the Safavid era.
The 4-port design, corner tower and stone and brick materials made it a beautiful and practical sight for travelers and merchants of the time. Today, as part of Iran’s cultural heritage and history, Shah Abbasi Caravanserai hosts tourists and researchers.
