Guo Zi-Kung, a spokesman for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, says his country is eager to continue building and develop relations with Iran in various fields.
“China and Iran maintain exchanges and contacts at all levels and at various fields,” Guo said Monday on the eve of Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Arakich’s official visit to Beijing.
When asked about details of the visit, the spokesman said “there is no information to provide at this time.”
Previously, Esmaeli Bakaei, a spokesman for Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Arakichi will travel to China on Tuesday.
Referring to consultations with Iran with the state party to the 2015 nuclear deal, the idiots naturally called to consult China about the latest development of Iran-US indirect consultations and briefly explain it, adding that Tehran is in contact with European signatories.
During a trip to Moscow last week, Arakcz told reporters that Tehran is always in close consultation with friends Russia and China on the nuclear issue.
Tehran and Beijing have deepened their strategic partnerships significantly, including joint infrastructure projects and strengthening trade relations. The 25-year partnership agreement includes economic, political and security cooperation across many sectors.
