The president made his remarks during a meeting with new Iranian ambassadors with Zimbabwe, Namibia, Poland, Serbia and the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC).
Pezeshkian saw the expansion of interaction and the development of relations with all countries as one of the basic priorities and important tasks of Iranian ambassadors overseas.
He emphasized the need for ongoing efforts to develop cooperation in the scientific, economic and political fields, and said Iranian ambassadors should also pay special attention to fostering communication between traders and increasing exchanges of tourists between countries.
The president further emphasized the need to remove obstacles to establishing bilateral communications, saying that Iranian ambassadors should always strive to overcome existing problems and pave the way for them to build relationships.
Referring to the Islamic Republic’s goals in strengthening communications and trade corridors, he adds that the regime is working to strengthen communications corridors to promote connections with other countries in Iran, and Iranian ambassadors should use this opportunity to cooperate and sell Iranian-made goods.
Pezeschkian emphasized the special status of the African continent in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic and called for an increased exchange and exchange with the nations of this continent.
He also said that the Islamic Republic’s approach on the international stage has always been peace-seeking and interaction-oriented, and that the country’s ambassador should properly convey this approach to the world.
Pezeshkian also mentioned anti-Iranian propaganda campaigns, saying that perhaps countries around the world are not as victims of terrorism as the Islamic Republic of Iran, and that Iran’s ambassadors must respond appropriately to human rights claims and accusations against Iran in this regard and clarify the truth to the world.
During this session, five new ambassadors of Islamic Republic of Iran described the capabilities available in the host country to develop and strengthen relations.
Amir Hossein Hossein, Ambassador from Iran to Zimbabwe. Mohammad Bakar Abolfer Beij is Iran’s ambassador to Namibia. Iranian ambassador Isa Cameli, ambassador to Poland. Mohammad Sadegu Fazli, ambassador to Iran, Serbia. Mohammad Hassan Sheikh Or Eslami, Iranian ambassador for Islamic cooperation organizations, highlighted the existing opportunities for each to strengthen bilateral interactions in various fields.
