The strike was the most deadly thing in El Fascher in the western region of Darfur. There, the First Festival has strengthened the siege for nearly 18 months by bombing neighbourhoods where tens of thousands of hungry citizens are evacuated, CBS News reported.
Suleman, a senior doctor at the nearby Al-Saudi Arabian Hospital, said at least 84 bodies had been pulled from the mosque’s wreckage, which includes several women and children. The emergency response room, a local aid group, placed the victim at 75.
A drone raided the mosque, according to the group of Emergency Response Rooms at Abu Shouk Camp. “The body was recovered from the tiled bleach of the mosque,” the group said in a statement.
