In the United Arab Emirates, the National Weather Centre reported two dust waves affecting the region. One affects the Eastern and Northern Arabian Gulf, while the other collides with Syria, Iraq and northern Saudi Arabia.

They urged residents to follow safety guidelines, avoid direct dust exposure and avoid airborne particles.
Saudi Arabia’s National Weather Centre issued alerts via dust steel-like warnings that continued on Tuesday morning in several regions.
The centre flagged low-level yellow alerts for light rain, active winds and low visibility in Albaja alongside the dust particles in Riyadh and Kasim.
Mecca and Medina also faced active winds, with orange-level warnings in Riyadh and Eastern provinces warning of dust particles.
The Centre noted that surface winds are likely to dust parts of the kingdom until Wednesday, and that coastal winds are likely to spurt waves.
Qatar Weather Bureau has issued a maritime warning to X, predicting strong winds and high waves that continue from Tuesday until the weekend. We advised on maritime activities during this period.
In Kuwait, the weather centre posted an advisory on active wind and dust X warnings from Monday to Tuesday morning.
Syrian Weather Directorate announced on Facebook that the country will experience strong winds in conditions where dust and sand can be stirred up, especially in the central region.
In Iraq, the weather department predicted rainfall along with persistent dust for Tuesday, the state news agency reported. Northwest winds intensify in the central and southern regions, with gusts of the western regions kicking the dust.
Tuesday’s forecasts include sunny weather in central and southern Iraq, partially cloudy conditions in the north, light rains in the northern regions, and moderate winds with occasional dust slurping in the western and central regions.
