TEHRAN – The Tehran Times has learned that Iranian troops are preparing missiles capable of attacking US-related positions amid the ongoing threat of military action from President Donald Trump if Tehran does not agree to a new nuclear deal on his terms.
A significant number of these launchable missiles are found in scattered underground facilities around the country, designed to withstand airstrikes.
Since taking office in January, Trump has repeatedly said that he would bomb Iran if he didn’t make the concessions he wanted. The reports say these concessions include the complete demolition of the nuclear program, its relationship with resistance groups, and aspects of missile and drone programmes. Iranians have refused to negotiate with the US under the current circumstances and say they are ready to respond decisively to aggression.
