During the event, a soldier in his hometown emblem to commemorate General QASSEM SOLEIMANI was announced. This emblem was awarded to the family of Martyr IRGC General Razi Mousavi by KHEYROH TAQIANIPOUR and LEILI AAJ.
According to Martian, Musavi’s son, thanks to Tachian pool, he worked as a prestigious hero in a cultural field and played a role in the production of many resistance works. “Your artists have also made a great deal of effort in the cultural field, just as many of our hometown soldiers have contributed.”
General Razi Mousavi was one of the oldest advisors of IRGC in Syria and a friend of General QASSEM SOLEIMANI. In 2023, he taught MAR during Israel’s attack on the Zai Naviya region on the outskirts of Damascus.
In addition, a certificate and trophy were presented to the top winners of photos, posters and playwriting sections.
The ceremony also praised the results of life in the field of theater, Muff Mood Pakniat, Fariba Motecas, Howhan Huhan Havand, and Farriide Darijamaji.
At the first ceremony, which matches AKBAR Zanjanpour and BEHZAD FARAHANI’s birthday, these two veteran artists blank their contributions with their birthday cakes.
Earlier this month, the festival organizer has announced that the festival version has received submits from 46 countries around the world.
A total of 231 works from 46 countries, including Russia, Norweg, Sweden, Canada, and some African countries, have applied for this year’s event.
However, the international section of the event is held as a non -competitive segment. “The decision to host the international section in non -competitive competition was done by the festival organizer,” she added.
She shared that the 20 works gave priority to the final selection and reached the peak with six stage performances and one online presentation.
In addition, she said that 15 international instructors have applied for a workshop at a representative festival, such as Canada, France, Africa, Tunisia, and India.
After evaluating the quality of the proposed topic, she added that a workshop titled “Exploring Contemporary Theater”, which features Indian instructors, will be held for three days during the festival.
This year’s edition features a section on stage, dedicating sections to Gaza’s oppressed people.
“Six stage works will be announced in Gaza Section,” she explained.
The 43rd FAJR International Theater Festival will be held until February 1st.
