Iran’s top diplomat Abbas Aragci met with Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, a bystander at the 17th BRICS summit held in Rio de Janeiro on Monday, July 6th.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Esmail Baghaei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Justice and International Affairs Kazem Gharibabadi and Iranian ambassador for Brasilia Abdullah Nekounam Ghadiri attended a meeting with the UN chief.
Today, Araguchi met with South African president and the Prime Minister of Bolivia, Malaysia’s Prime Minister, Vice Minister of China and Thai Prime Minister.
Also yesterday, on the sidelines of the same summit, the Foreign Minister met and held discussions with the Prime Ministers of Egypt and China, as well as foreign ministers from Brazil, Turkey, India and Russia.
