TEHRAN – Mohamed Elbaradei, former director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told German Foreign Minister Johann Wadehul that strikes on nuclear facilities must be recognized “under Article 56 of the additional protocols in Geneva.”
Elbaradei, who led the IAEA from 1997 to 2009, made a statement after the German Foreign Minister wrote to the X-Post that “Israel carried out a targeted strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities.”
