Lebanon’s Hezbollah Residence Movement announces that Safidy Dean, who headed the Hezbollah executive council before his martialism, will be buried on Monday in his hometown of Deir Kanon al Naher, in southern Lebanon. The media reported.
Mourners met at the stadium in Lebanon’s capital on Sunday for the funeral of Hezbollah leaders, Syed Hassan Nasrara and Safiedin.
An estimated 1.4 million people participated in the funeral procession, including delegations from around 70 countries.
Israel assassinated Nasrara on September 27, 2024, and Safidy Dean on October 3, the same year.
Regional resistance groups say the “co-ill assassination” of Israeli Hezbollah leaders only strengthened their resolve to continue their path in Palestine, Lebanon and beyond.
In separate remarks on Sunday, Hezbollah Secretary Sheikh Naim Qassem praised Nasrala for “reviving the Palestinian cause,” and Lebanese resistance groups “maintain this trust and continue to traverse this path.” I stated.
Hamas also said, “his solid and principled adoption of the Palestinian cause and his brave and principled adoption to form a support front with the people of the Gaza Strip. It reminded me of the honorable status.
