Speaking at the 19th Parliamentary (PUIC) meeting in Jakarta on Wednesday, Gallibahu said the world is experiencing an “unprecedented crisis end” that includes tariffs, climate change, economic instability and growing anxiety.
“The assumption of international orders based on rules is now seriously questioned,” he said. “The confidence in global institutions is at the lowest recorded level.”
Citing the Palestinian situation, Galibahu said the Gaza conflict deepened the “historical wounds” of the Islamic world. “This isn’t just a war, it’s a full-fledged genocide,” he said. “Everyone knows that this criminal mafia cannot act in such atrocities without the green light from the United States.”
Gallibah urged Islamic countries to take collective action to end the Gaza blockade and segregate Israel politically, economically and militarily.
“We believe that the democratic solution lies in recognizing Palestinians’ right to self-determination,” he said, advocating for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with the sacred al-Qudos through a national referendum after the return of refugees.
