Tehran – The traditional custom of Guati music as an intangible heritage was played as an effect of the rich culture of Baluch in Macran, Chabahar, Cistan, Balchestan.
According to Mehr’s news agency Adnan Hosseini, the tourism director of Chabahar Free Zone Organization, said the ceremony was held in an old building that once was Chabahar’s local administrative office, with the participation of tourists, locals and cultural officials.
Local artists performed a combination of Guati traditions – music, movement and religious dikul during the ceremony.
Old music has long been used to treat mentally and relieve psychological pain.
Home to natural and historic attractions, Chabahar has been named one of Iran’s most underrated destinations. However, various measures have been taken in recent years to promote Iran’s only ocean port as a safe and kind option for both domestic and foreign visitors.
