TEHRAN – Sirens retaliated after the administration killed Iranian civilians, officials and scientists in unprecedented airstrikes late on Saturday as Iran began its second night of missile strikes against Israel.
Israeli authorities have imposed strict censorship and are preventing the spread of information about the aftermath of the Iranian attack. However, footage taken by residents reveals widespread destruction in the port city of Haifa, with thick smoke rising from multiple locations and breaking in several areas. Preliminary reports show that at least one Zionist was killed and three others were injured during the latest wave of strikes.
Iran’s first night attack began late Friday and continued into early Saturday, mainly targeting Tel Aviv and surrounding towns. At least 150 military and spy sites have been successfully hit by ballistic missiles, according to a statement from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard (IRGC).
Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, declared that Iranian troops would make Israel “powerless.” Military authorities, which replaced those assassinated by Israel this week, vowed to “open the gates of hell” to the regime and to continue the attacks when necessary. The Pezeschkian regime is firmly in line with the attitudes of its leaders and military officials.
