Tehran – Hamas outlined the massive scale of Israeli violations in Gaza in the first phase of the ceasefire agreement.
At the TV address, Osama Hamdan, a senior Hamas employee, outlined a list of crimes committed by the Israeli occupation regime.
In his speech, Hamdan outlined Israel’s violations regarding humanitarian assistance, shelter and humanitarian protocols.
– We will not allow 50 fuel trucks to enter per day as stipulated in the contract. It only holds 978 trucks in 42 days, and an average of 23 trucks per day.
– Prevents the commercial sector of Gaza from importing fuel, despite the clear provisions of the contract that allows it.
– In addition to a limited number of tents, only 15 mobile homes (caravans) out of the agreed 60,000 people will be allowed.
– Blocks the intrusion of heavy machinery required to clean the tiles and retrieve the body from under the wreckage, allowing only at least 500 machines, but at least 500 are required.
– Prevents the entry of building materials for reconstruction, civil defense equipment, and medical supplies necessary for hospital rehabilitation, and only five ambulances are permitted.
– Refusing to restart Gaza power plants or allow essential equipment for repairs.
– Block cash flow to the bank and refuse to replace worn currency.
Military violations
Hamdan said Israeli Occupation Forces (IOFs) continued to advance and infiltrate near daily, particularly in the corridors of Philadelphia.
He explained that Israeli forces in the hallways exceeded the agreed limit “by a distance of 300-500 meters.”
Furthermore, the IOF delayed the withdrawal from Al-Rashid and Salah Al-Din streets, preventing evacuated Palestinians from returning for two days in a clear violation of the agreement.
Israeli aircraft flew daily daily for a period of 10-12 hours during the time limit.
The occupation (regulation) also prevented fishermen from leaving the sea, fired fire at them, and arrested some.
Violation of the 962 Army
Hamdan reported that the Israeli occupation regime committed 962 military violations during the ceasefire.
-219 Air Reconnaissance Flight
-77 Photographed Incident
-45 Ground intrusion
-37Burning and Targeting Operations
He added that these violations caused 116 martians and 490 injuries, but the IOF also detained five truck drivers and fishermen.
Violations related to prisoners
The officials also tackled Israeli violations involving Palestinian prisoners, including:
– Delay in release at all stages despite the provisions of contracts stipulating releases within an hour of the exchange of Israeli prisoners of war.
– Using “flaky excuses and excuses”, withhold the release of the final batch of 600 prisoners from the first phase for five days.
– Force prisoners released on February 15th and February 26th, wearing “clothing with Nazi and racist symbols.”
– He revealed the names of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners from Gaza, refused to reveal only 2,400 names, and refused to release 70-year-old detainee Siham Musa Abu Mazen from Gaza.
Violation at the intersection of the Rafa border
Furthermore, Hamdan said the occupying regime committed a violation across the Rafa border with Egypt, leaving it closed to civilians in both directions.
He added that the IOF refused to travel to dozens of patients and injured despite prior agreements, preventing the reopening of commercial and trade movements through intersections.
Violation of the Philadelphi Corridor
With regard to the Philadelphi Corridor, the occupation regime did not comply with the gradual reduction of its forces, as promised by the mediators.
The contract stipulated that corridor width would decrease by 50 meters per week, but instead, Israeli forces continued to increase by several hundred meters.
Furthermore, the IOF did not begin withdrawing from the corridor on the 42nd day of the contract as planned, and did not complete the withdrawal by the 50th day.
Political violations
On a political level, Hamdan highlighted the way Israelis deliberately delayed the commencement of the second stage negotiations. This is despite the obligation of the contract, beginning on the 16th day after signing, subject to the same terms as in phase 1 until an agreement is reached, and continuing under the mediator guarantee.
Instead, Israel is now demanding a new agreement that is inconsistent with previously agreed terms.
“The only way to restore Israeli prisoners is to celebrate the agreement.”
In response to Israel’s “attack and misinformation campaign,” Hamas reaffirmed its commitment to the agreement and its readiness to proceed with the second phase, implementing all provisions accurately and on time.
Hamdan warned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government are fully responsible for obstructing the agreement, and that reckless actions, including rejecting the contract, could have serious humanitarian consequences, including Israeli prisoners of war in Gaza.
He emphasized that the only way the occupation regime would be to restore prisoners of war to the agreement and begin negotiations for the second stage while complying with the agreement and fulfilling its commitment soon.
Hamdan accused Tel Aviv of trying to reset negotiations by proposing alternative plans, such as extending the first phase or creating an intermediate phase rather than moving on to the second phase.
He also accused Netanyahu of using humanitarian aid as a negotiation tool, particularly after the Israeli government decided to halt negotiations and block delivery of aid to Gaza.
Seeking international action
Hamas has called on mediators and international guarantors to prevent Netanyahu from obstructing the agreement and ensuring its continuity.
The movement also urged the international community to pressure the occupation to resume border crossings and allow humanitarian assistance, highlighting this as a fundamental right under international law.
Furthermore, Hamas called for a full return to the administration to the contract and proceeding into the second phase.
– A permanent ceasefire.
– Complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza.
– Humanitarian relief and shelter for displaced people.
– Reconstruction of destroyed areas.
– Implementation of UN resolution 22735.
The movement also called for a fair solution to the Palestinian issue and assured that:
– The right to self-determination.
– An independent Palestinian state with Al-Kud (Jerusalem) as its capital.
– Right to return to refugees.
Hamdan also warned that global security and stability is at stake as he supports Israel’s occupation and the inaction of the international community. This, he warned, allowed the regime to maintain the threat of another war with Gaza, to intensify invasions in the West Bank, and to continue attacks on Lebanon.
