In a statement released on Saturday, Hamas is defending the world around the world a global mobilization to encourage umma (the Muslim community) and freedom to save Palestinians.
According to news television, the statement called for the global mobilization of the Israeli regime to “speak large public demonstrations, events of solidarity and loud voices” to oppose the war between genocide and starvation until this brutal attack is over and an unjust siege is lifted.
The statement also mentioned the regime’s serious violation of the norms of all humanity, the laws of God, and moral values, through historically unexplored brutal attacks, amidst the international silence and unstoppable war of this extinction and starvation.
“Tomorrow, Sunday, July 20th, and the upcoming days will be a day of historic global action and international solidarity,” he said, urging freedom enthusiasts to “condemn the genocide and starvation Zionist crimes against Gaza, children, women and innocent civilians of illness.”
The statement called on Arab, Islamic and international communities to unite in solidarity with Gaza and condemn genocide, hunger and brutal attacks on more than two million Palestinians.
It also urged them to stop these atrocities and put an end to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his “international humanitarian law, contracts and human norms of fascist gangs.”
Since October 2023, dozens of Palestinian children have died of hunger in Gaza. Gaza’s healthcare system is also on the brink of collapse due to targets of Israeli hospitals and health centres.
As complications from severe malnutrition increase, children who need hospitalization face degrading health systems.
Aid agencies say Israel’s continued closure of border crossings has hindered the invasion of fuel, medicines and medical devices.
These warnings arise amid continuing Israeli military attacks targeting hungry Palestinians.
In Gaza, the UN Human Rights Office has documented the killings of nearly 900 Palestinians seeking assistance from Israeli forces, with most deaths occurring at aid managed by the controversial Israeli and the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).
Almost the entire population of Gaza’s over two million population was forcibly exiled at least once during the war, creating disastrous humanitarian conditions for Palestinian territory.
Israel’s war with Gaza has killed at least 58,667 Palestinians, mostly women and children, since the start of the war of massacre on October 7, 2023.
The International Criminal Court issued a warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu and former military minister Joa Gallant in November last year, citing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel is also facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice due to its war with the besieged coastal territories.
