Media, including the Washington Post and Harletts, explained the framework under discussion. Hamas will release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, a gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces, and the dismantling of Hamas rule in Gaza, within 48 hours.
The Post reports that Donald Trump has distributed a 21-point proposal to introduce international stabilization forces and leave Israel with a “border existence” on condition of Gaza rebuilding against Hamas’ disarmament.

On the ground, the Alcasam Brigade (Hamas armed wing) said they lost contact with Israeli prisoners during heavy artillery fire in Gaza city, warning that their lives are at risk unless Israeli forces halt the airstrikes and pull them back from the disputed areas.
