“We received with great sadness and sadness the news of the martyrdom of Mujahid Commander Major General Mohammad Abd al-Karim al-Ghamali, Chief of the General Staff. He was martyred along with his comrades on the road to al-Quds as a result of a cowardly targeted attack carried out by the Zionist enemies,” the Hezbollah commander said, Al-Manar TV English website reported.
“We extend our deepest condolences and congratulations to you, the Mujahid leaders of Yemen, the brave Yemeni army, the noble Yemeni people, and the family of the martyr and his companions. We ask God Almighty to have mercy on him and exalt his status.”
It added that the great Mujahid commander Al-Ghamali achieved the highest honor of martyrdom after a journey full of sacrifices, leading the brave Yemeni army in support of Gaza and its people against the atrocities of the Zionist America, crushing the pride of the American military in the Red Sea and suffering the Zionists with a decisive blow.
Sheikh Qasem affirmed that the martyrdom of pure leaders from Yemen to Lebanon, Iraq and Iran, whose sacred blood is mixed with that of the Palestinians, is in the cause of the most sacred issues and against the most powerful tyrants on earth.
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah also congratulated the Sayyed Houthis on the appointment of Major General Yousuf Hassan Al-Madani as Chief of Staff and wished him success and guidance in this Mujahid path followed by the martyr Al-Ghamali.
“We are confident that this pure blood will bear fruit by God’s will, bringing blessed victories and honors to the country, and that this path will continue with the determination of our brave leaders and faithful people who raise the flag in defense of the whole country and its cause,” concluded Sheikh Qasem.
