Leaders of Yemen’s Ansalala movement have highlighted Iran’s robust military response as a key factor that caused the Israeli regime to stop the recent attack 12 days later.
In a speech aired on Thursday, Abdul Malik al-Houti emphasized that Iran’s strength lies in its immobilization, strategic preparation and willingness to effectively respond to threats without making concessions.
“The Iranian model during the 12-day war reflects the outcome of a well-founded strategy rooted in God’s leadership, focusing on military preparation and mobilization,” he said. “Despite the fierce psychological war against Israel and Western support, Iran’s decisive response has forced him to stop the attack on Israeli enemies.”
He emphasized that Iran’s strength comes from a combination of military preparation, popular support and strong leadership, which created a deterrent that was too costly to Israel’s aggression.
“One element of Iran’s strength is its stance. The Iranians did not surrender or make concessions. Instead, they responded firmly to the attack.
“One of the central elements of Iran’s strength lies in the decision to respond effectively. This efficiency was the result of well-prepared forces. Despite receiving support from the US and the West, Israeli enemies were ultimately forced to stop the attack,” he said.
Houthi warned that if the invasion resumes, Iran is ready to respond with “more strength and seriousness than ever”.
The Ansarlah chief said that Israeli enemies were unable to continue their attacks against Iran as they had to pay a heavy price for the attack.
“This shows the right equation to protect Muslim Ummah. The reaction equation has strengthened military power, strengthened widespread popular support for the military and leadership, and caused deterrence against the Zionist enemy, forcing it to stop attacks.”
Israel launched an attack war on June 13th, assassinating senior military commanders and top nuclear scientists on a targeted strike before attacking nuclear and military areas and residential areas.
Iranian forces responded with 22 missile strikes as part of Operation True Promise III, which targeted numerous strategic sites across Israeli-occupied territory.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Houthi said that Zionist enemies were promoting genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in front of Muslims.
He noted that the Israeli regime is targeting refugee camps and school grounds where displaced Palestinians are refugee.
“The Zionist enemy continues to do wildness, cruelty and crime in a surprising way, which reveals its criminality. The more the Israeli regime sheds the blood of children and women, the greater the desire for blood awakening.
“What Israeli enemies are committing in Gaza exposes its true nature, including hatred, aggression, cruelty and the evil nature of Western support for criminal groups,” Houthi said.
The Ansalala chief also lamented the inefficiency of international organizations to support the Palestinians and explained their reliance on such organizations as a serious mistake on the Islamic world.
“The Muslim Ummahs can take a firm stance, but many of them just look at their eyes and show weakness. Some of them are working with Zionist enemies and are involved in these crimes.
“The scope of the Zionist regime’s crimes against the Palestinians clearly illustrate the reality of their enemies, their supporters and international institutions,” Houthi said.
