London – The support environment for the Lebanese resistance has limitations on how much pressure can withstand in the face of repeated Israeli violations and full American support. It can gush out in an immeasurable way and affect the situation.
Lebanon’s resistance may consider giving the military wing freedom of decisions, taking into account decision makers on-site when dealing with violations, as a result of uninfringing pressure.

These concessions do not necessarily weaken or have a major impact on resistance, as they are related to already exposed, military compromised areas where resistance itself is not dependent on. They have no significant impact on the future structure of resistance. This can be rebuilt on a new foundation.
It is not certain that the Lebanese authorities, the Western intelligence agency, or the Israeli intelligence agency know the true location of the weapons of resistance. If the Resistance Base is attacked, it is not of importance as it has already been exposed and violated militarily. The rest of the sites and facilities mean that intelligence likely failed to detect them.
From this, resistance knows what is exposed and the secret remains, and prepares based on what has not yet been discovered. It is safe through authentic concealment methods that the enemy could not penetrate.
