“If Americans hold back their words, don’t change their words, and don’t revenge on their promises, then nuclear could move forward,” said General Ahmadian, who spoke to Russian Sputnik News Agency on Wednesday on a sideline at a Russian-sponsored security conference.
The Ahmadian arrived in Moscow on Tuesday and Sergei Shog, the official invitation of the Russian Federation’s Security Council Director, attended the 13th Security Representatives Conference of High Representatives, which will be held from May 27th to 29th, 2025.
Iran and the US held talks for the fifth round of Tehran’s nuclear program in Rome’s Italian capital on Friday. Just like in the previous round, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut and President Donald Trump’s regional mission, Steve Witkov, led the negotiation delegation in consultation.
So far, both sides have explained that the consultations are constructive and positive.
