In a phone conversation that Emirati counterpart Sheikh Mohammed Bin had, on Tuesday, Pezeshkian highlighted Iran’s commitment to unity and cooperation with neighbouring countries, including the United Arab Emirates.
Citing the assassination of Martyr Haniyeh, he said Israel has always tried to undermine its interaction and cooperation initiatives.
The Zionist regime ignored all international frameworks and committed crimes with the support of a powerful state, Peshshkian said. “If such actions continue, the region may not experience lasting peace.”
On his part, President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, expressed solidarity with Iran.
“Our heart is with you and we pray for the safety of Iran and its people,” he emphasized.
He highlighted the deep interest and connection between the two countries, noting that the United Arab Emirates has launched extensive diplomatic efforts to eliminate regional tensions and restore stability.
Emirati officials hoped that the initiative would ultimately bring prosperity and peace to Iran and its people.
The Israeli regime began a strike on June 13th in an unattacked offensive act on overnight, including residential buildings. The civilians lost their lives as the houses were hit directly and affected the entire population center.
