“Iran is currently in the highest level of military readiness and if the US or Zionist regime attempts to attack, they will be caught in surprise,” an official who doesn’t want to name a name told Press TV.
Security officials have downplayed the recent relocation of US troops in the region, calling it a defensive response to Iran’s warnings of targeting regional interests and bases in the event of domestic offensive acts.
“What Americans are doing is not a message of threat to Iran, but a response to Iran’s threat to their interests,” he said.
This statement comes as the US begins partial evacuation of staff from the West Asia region. On Wednesday, the US State Department ordered the resignation of non-emergency staff from embassies in Baghdad and approved the voluntary departure of military dependents from bases in Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
President Donald Trump confirmed the move by saying, “They are moving because it could be a dangerous place. They’re notifying them that they’re moving, and they’re watching what happens.”
US authorities cited the growing tensions and intelligence in the region, suggesting that Israel may be preparing for a strike at Iran’s nuclear facility, prompting fear of Iran’s retaliation against the region’s American assets.
Iranian security officials said that secret Israeli flock documents have recently obtained that Iran “gives the advantages of Iran’s broad intelligence news on US target banks and the Zionist regime.”
He pointed to recent advances in Iran’s military capabilities, as announced by Defence Minister Amir Nasirzadeh.
“Iran can now surprise surprise by launching a deadly preemptive attack before hostile moves,” authorities said.
The contradictory messages coming out of Washington indicate that they have no “practical initiatives on the battlefield” and therefore resorted to psychological warfare, he added.
On Sunday, Iran’s Minister Esmail Katib confirmed that documents on Israel’s secret nuclear program and materials including records of its nuclear program and facilities have been handed over to Iran under heavy secrets and will soon be made public.
In a statement Monday, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) said the country will attack Israel’s secret nuclear facilities if its regime engage in acts of attack on the Islamic Republic.
The SNSC said the complex intelligence reporting work is part of Iran’s broader planning and secret acts to counter enemy propaganda.
