TEHRAN – On Wednesday, 20 well-known social media influencers from Pakistan, Kenya and Zimbabwe visited the 18th Tehran International Tourism Exhibition as part of their cultural exchange initiative.
Iranian Islamic culture and related organizations were invited in collaboration with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, and influencers explored the exhibition on the second day.
The influencers toured five exhibition halls featuring booths from private sector businesses and state cultural heritage and tourism offices. They have the opportunity to learn about Iran’s tourist attractions and engage local stakeholders, CHTN reported.
Additionally, social media bloggers attended sessions at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage Pavilion and B2B Hall, where they met with Moslem Shohaei, the Ministry’s Director of Tourism Development and Development. They discussed Iran’s tourism potential and strategies to promote travel to the country.
The 7-day trip to Iran includes a visit to several major tourist destinations. As part of the promotional campaign, each influencer received a package containing a multilingual pamphlet on Iran.
The Islamic Republic expects to reap jackpots from many tourist attractions such as bazaars, museums, mosques, bridges, baths, madrasas, spirits, churches, towers and mansions.
