Bolivian Minister of Energy Hydrocarbons Alejandro Garaldo Bardiviezo has expressed his distress to Iranian people about the explosion at Shahid Rajay port in Hormuzgan province.
He said the presence of Iranian companies at the Iranian Exposition 2025 exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to expand cooperation between the two countries, particularly in oil, gas, refining and petrochemists.
The minister added that Bolivia is keen to leverage the expertise of Iranian knowledge-based companies in the design, construction and operation of oil refineries.
Looking at Bolivia’s achievements in renewable energy, he proposed that technical delegations from both countries should be formed as soon as possible to strengthen cooperation in the sector.
