Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut and his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatti held a meeting on the bystanders of the Islamic Cooperation Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Jeddah.
During the meeting, the two top diplomats emphasized the need to continue consultations and consultations at the bilateral and multilateral levels as well as at regional and international forums, preventing escalation of regional crises and maintaining stability.
They also exchanged opinions on the critical humanitarian situation in Gaza, thanks to the latest bilateral, regional and international developments, particularly the Israeli regime’s plan to intensify the continued blockade of the strip and the Israeli regime’s attacks and fully occupy the Gaza Strip.
Araguchi and Abdelatti emphasized the need for immediate and effective action by the Islamic government to stop genocide and promote humanitarian entry into the region.
Araguchi also emphasized the importance of harnessing the collective cooperation capabilities of Islamic countries to tackle the hostile actions of the Tel Aviv regime.
The top Iranian diplomat emphasized that the general threat, the solidarity and unity of Muslim countries against the Israeli regime’s expansionist policies, is particularly important, and that all capabilities must be used to strengthen collective cooperation and effectively confront the Zionist regime.
Araguchi also described Egyptian counterparts for the latest developments related to nuclear negotiations with three European countries.
