In a meeting with Tajik Emomali Ramon, a bystander at the extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit in Doha on Monday, President Peshshian said Iran and Tajikistan relations have developed satisfactorily based on their commonality, and that the two countries have good capabilities to make both people safe.
The Iranian president emphasized that as the frequency of meetings increases, diplomatic interactions will shift from form to expressions of warmth and friendship, promoting and accelerating cooperation.
He noted that both countries have an important possibility of cooperation in bringing benefits to both countries if they are revitalized.
He also tackled the summit in Doha, highlighting the need for unity among Islamic countries and countering the actions of the Israeli regime. He argued that only through solidarity could this administration’s violent actions be stopped.
President Ramon expressed his joy in meeting his Iranian counterparts, reiterating that Iran and Tajikistan have diverse opportunities for cooperation. He described his personal commitment to realizing these opportunities and expanding bilateral cooperation.
Furthermore, Ramon reflected Pezeshkian’s sentiment about the need for unity in Islamic countries to prevent the continued Israeli attacks.
He also expressed his satisfaction with the recent agreement between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
