“We understand that an agreement has been reached between Iran and @iaeaorg,” WSJ reporter Lawrence Norman, who followed the development revolving around Iran’s nuclear documents, said in a post on X-account Tuesday afternoon.
Previously, a joint meeting was held in Cairo on Tuesday between Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut and his Egyptian director Badr Abdelatti and Rafael Grossi, IAEA.
The diplomat previously announced Iran’s preparations to develop a cooperation framework for cooperation with the United Nations nuclear watchdog under new circumstances that emerged after the US-Israel invasion with Iran’s nuclear presence in June.
Araguchi arrived in Egypt on Tuesday to meet Rafael Grossi, Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The joint press conference between Grossi and Aragut will be held in Egypt late tonight, local Iranian media reported.
