Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Esmail Baghhai has denounced the latest sec of the Al Aqsa Mosque by extremist Zionist settlers under the leadership of the administration’s “criminal minister.”
Baghaei emphasized that this action, which constitutes a clear violation of the sacredness and religious status of the sacred sites and a blatant violation of the UN resolution, is another indication of the Zionist regime’s malicious intention to perpetuate tensions and crises in the occupied Palestine and the region.
A senior Iranian diplomat said the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as the first Muslim Qibla, has a special respect between Muslims and the Palestinian people. He added that Zionist rule occupying Palestine is attempting to change Al-Kud’s Islamic and historical identity, sparking Muslim sentiment around the world, and extending Palestinian tensions occupied through such a blasphemous sec.
The spokesman reaffirmed that the unified Al-Kud is the eternal capital of Palestine, and emphasized that the international community is responsible for the occupation regime to suspend criminal policies against racists and the Palestinian people.
