Qasem Galibabadi, Iran’s Minister of Legal and International Affairs, one of the Iranian negotiators, said earlier today that Iran and the European troika had serious consultations with “specific ideas.”
“We had a serious, straightforward and detailed discussion with the E3/EU PDS along with (Foreign Minister Majid Tak e Ravanch),” Galibabadi wrote on his X account on Friday after a meeting in Istanbul, Turkey.
Regarding the meeting agenda, Gallibabadi wrote:
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi stressed on Thursday that Iran has secured the right to enrich the nullcear.
The three European powers were participants in the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, named the JCPOA, which incorporates a joint comprehensive plan of action, or a snapback mechanism.
