Speaking at the Tehran Dialogue Forum (TDF) on Sunday, President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that Iran has the right to use peaceful nuclear technology for a variety of important purposes, including health, agriculture, industry and other important areas.
He emphasized that Iran’s religious beliefs forbid the development of nuclear weapons – weapons that destroy humanity and provide only cruelty to the future of the planet.
Referring to the persistent accusations from several Western countries, Pezeshkian said, “Others who continue to argue that Iran is pursuing nuclear weapons.
“Even the US president said, “We have to make sure Iran has no nuclear weapons.” Fines – Make sure we don’t believe in building nuclear weapons. ”
Pezeschkian said, “We have the right to develop our country using science and technology. Not for weapons, but for a better life.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, Pezeshkian condemned the Israeli regime’s murder of indiscriminate Palestinian women and children, saying Muslims must stand up to inhumane conduct towards the Islamic world and other societies. He also said that if people are silent in the face of oppression, they must question their commitment to Islam and humanity.
He said, “As a free man, I will not accept forms of coercion. Neither me nor the free people in this country or region accept threats or bullying. A free state will never succumb to forcibly.”
Called the “Regional and International Consensus and Integration Dialogue,” the TDF has received 200 delegations, including 53 countries and senior officials representing the United Nations.
Topics discussed in this forum include sanctions relief consultations, Middle Eastern disarmament, and issues of nuclear and weapons of mass destruction.
