Speaking on Saturday, Hakim condemned the Zionist regime’s attack on Iran, noting that Iran engaged in dialogue with the international community over its nuclear program and worked with UN nuclear watchdogs to counter Western countries that Tehran had sought nuclear weapons.
Iraqi politicians have said the US and Israel betrayed Iran as the attacks came while Iran was still negotiating.
He continued to say that Iran enjoys a massive geographical size and national unity of Mintian.
Hakim further noted that Tehran enjoys regional and international support for the Israeli regime.
He continued to say Iraq is taking proactive action to stop attacks on Iran, including filing a complaint with the UN Security Council regarding airspace violations by the Zionist regime.
