The head of the Iran-Turkey Parliament’s Friendship Group highlighted the development of trade cooperation between the two countries, saying Iran is pursuing a new strategy and that the Iranian parliament is ready to cooperate in removing legal obstacles to the path to expansion.
The Iranian-Turkey parliament friendship group left Tehran to Ankara on May 29, strengthening bilateral relations in related sectors.
Upon their arrival, a delegation of the Iranian parliament friendship group led by Adel Najafzadeh was warmly welcomed by the Turkish president of Iranian weed friendship group Kaihan Turkmenoglu.
On the first day, the Iranian parliamentary delegation met with the chairman of the Turkish Numan Kathurumshu’s great parliament and the deputy foreign minister of Turkish Nu Irmaz.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged opinions on the importance of parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.
Furthermore, the two sides discussed a wide range of issues, including joint border markets, new border intersections, strengthening communications routes, establishing local exchanges, and fighting terrorism, working together in the areas of border security.
The delegation of the Iranian Chakhi parliamentary group will conclude its visit to Ankara on May 31.
