Iran’s Islamic Republic is fully prepared for all military scenarios, Major General Salami said Thursday.
His comments came as it was reported that the US had raised alert levels at embassies and military bases in West Asia amidst speculation of possible Israeli attacks on Iran.
“The enemy sometimes threatens us with military action,” Salami said. “We’ve always said that today we’re fully prepared for the scenario, the situation, the situation.”
He highlighted Iran’s years of experience with the war, noting that the country “building strength and developing strategies,” and that he actively monitors the depths of the enemy.
Salami dismisses comparisons between Iran and the oppressed people in Gaza, saying, “I believe that the enemy can fight Iran the same way they can fight Iran.
He further warns the enemy not to miscalculate and thinks again about the impact of the measures.
“We are ready, a reality that we have lived together for many years, as it is our job and duty to prepare for war on all scales,” he emphasized.
The IRGC commander also tackles economic and diplomatic pressures, saying, “The enemy wants to politically isolate the United States and impose sanctions, but Iran cannot rule it out of regional and global equations.”
Salami also revealed details of Iran’s intelligence news project targeting Israel, adding that the operation has resulted in the acquisition and transfer of extensive sensitive data on Israel’s secret nuclear program from the occupied territories to Iran.
He described Israeli security systems as “penetrating and baring threads,” claiming that intelligence success demonstrated Iran’s superiority in this realm.
“This was also an example of our victory in the Intelligence Battle,” concluded Salami.
