At a weekly press conference on Tuesday, Mohajelani said that President Pezeshkian’s management had recently conveyed a message about preparing for the nuclear talk through various channels, including diplomatic meetings and interviews.
A government spokesman welcomed the Iranian state’s immobility during the recent 12-day Israeli-US war, saying it was imposed on the country and that Iranians are resilient in the face of enemy attacks.
Mohajerani continues, saying that Iran has been attacked by enemies multiple times over the past few years due to its geographical location, but the Iranian people remained immovable throughout history to defend the sovereignty of the state and territorial integrity.
A spokesman pointed to President Pezeshkian’s recent message to Iranian foreigners, who are the true owners of the country, and despite psychological and economic pressures, the world witnessed historical unity among Iranian countries.
Mohajelani emphasizes the need to replace the term “12-day war” with another word, suggesting that “sacred defense” is more appropriate.
Mohajelani expressed his gratitude to the Iranian army for his brave resistance and said that all Iranians are grateful for their immobility towards the invaders.
Responding to questions about the extent of damage caused by the war imposed, Mohajelani said that there has not been a full assessment, particularly in the field of infrastructure, and therefore, this year’s budget still needs to be revised.
She assured that President Pezeschkian’s management could be revised as needed.
Ali Khamenei, who looks at the administration’s stance on the US president’s rhetoric and shaming towards leaders of the Islamic Revolution, said the issue is being pursued through official international channels.
Mohajerani added that outrageous remarks against the leader and the threat of US Israel not only angered the Iranian state, but also urged religious scholars to issue fatwa in response to these insults and rudeness.
“Ayatollah Sistani, the top Shiite clergyman in Iraq and the head of Ulema in Bosnia, were among the first to respond quickly,” added Mohajelani.
