According to Mehr’s news agency, Major General Emomali Sobirzoda, the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan, had a telephone conversation with Major General Mousavi, the chief of staff of the Iranian army.
General Sobirzoda congratulated General Musavi on his appointment as new chief of staff and expressed his sadness in his dolph, saying that Lieutenant Colonel Bagheri and other military commanders Martianism were a great sadness for the government, people and the military of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Emphasizing the deep cultural, linguistic and historical links between the two countries, Defence Minister Tajik described Tajikistan-Iran relations as one of the Brotherhood, adding that the Tajikistani and the Tajikistani people consider Iranian people as friends and accept them as true brothers.
General Musabi thanked the Republic of Tajikistan for showing support for Iran during the 12-day war, adding that General Bagheri has always paid special attention to the Republic of Tajikistan, highlighting the development of bilateral relations between Iran and Tajikistan’s troops. “There are positive and effective measures in this direction and I will continue this path,” he emphasized.
He then explained to his counterparts during the course of a 12-day imposed war between the US and the Zionist regime, “This shameless crime proved to the world that the US and the Zionist regime of killing children have not adhered to international norms and principles, and that they have fought all the forces against Iranian forces, and that they have failed to suffer their massive efforts, to save the Zionist regime.”
“We absolutely do not trust the promises and commitments of Americans and Zionists, and are ready to respond decisively to new acts of aggression,” Musabi concluded.
The Zionist regime fought a war of attack on Iran on June 13, attacking Iranian troops, nuclear and residential areas for 12 days, but the US carried out a military attack on three nuclear facilities in Iran, Natanz, Fordou and Isfahan on June 22.
Iranian troops carried out a powerful counterattack shortly after the attack. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Aerospace Force implemented 22 waves of retaliation missiles against the Zionist regime as part of Operation True Promise III, which caused significant losses to cities throughout the occupying territories.
In response to the US attack, Iranian forces fired waves of missiles at Aldead Air Force Base in Qatar, the largest US military base in West Asia.
The battle was suspended due to a ceasefire that came into effect on June 24th.
