In a statement issued Tuesday, Moseni Ejay said: “The hands of the sinister criminals of the Zionist regime, who failed to stand up against Iran’s army yesterday and failed to achieve its ominous end, were expanded towards the capital of Iran’s Islamic Republic, in a move that targeted the international prisoners and Evin prisons of Binding Agundos.
He said the strike led to visit several prison staff, judicial staff from Tehran’s 33 District Prosecutor’s Office, and inmates’ families. Many prisoners were also injured in the attack.
“I strongly condemn this savage Zionist aggression against Evin Prison,” added Moseni Ejay, highlighting the need to follow up crimes at relevant international forums.
