A trip to Doha to attend a meeting of foreign ministers from Islamic and Arab countries, Araguchi met with Qatar Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohamed bin bin Jasim bin Jabba al Thani on a side job at the meeting.
The Iranian minister emphasized the principled and determined position of Iran’s slamming the recent military attacks of the Zionist regime on Qatar, and the need for the Islamic world to stop the government’s warmth against Islamic countries, stop Gaza’s genocide, put professional regimes on trial and take effective and collective action to impose punishments.
While acknowledging the principled and brotherhood of Iran’s position to declare support and solidarity between Qatar people and the government, Qatar Foreign Minister has emphasized on his side the need to strengthen the full effort of Islamic and Arab countries to help the oppressed people of Islamic and Arab countries and to confront the dangerous trends of Israeli hegemony in the surrounding regions.
The conference also exchanged views on bilateral relations between Iran and Qatar with its views on international development, including Iran’s continued and responsible efforts in the nuclear issue and diplomatic field.
