Esmaelil Baghihai, a spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, has denounced the ongoing criminal attacks by the Zionist regime on Lebanon, particularly the recent terrorist attacks in the southern suburbs of Beirut (Dahie).
Baghaei pointed out that Israel has violated Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, violating more than 2,000 ceasefires while targeting and assassinating Lebanese civilians.
He described these brutal attacks as blatant violations of international law and human rights, criticising the inaction of ceasefire guarantors as a disgrace and a clear indication of their credibility.
In response to Israeli provocation and violent crimes in Lebanon, expressing deep regret over the continued failure of the international organisations that occupied Palestine, particularly the UN Security Council, Baghey has accused the US and other Western supporters of the Zionist regime of complicit in the crime.
He urged regional countries to take serious action against Israel’s expansionist and warm policies.
