Iran’s foreign minister arrived at Beirut Rafiq Hariri International Airport on Tuesday morning, where he was officially welcomed by Lebanese officials.
In his first speech to arrive in Beirut, Araguchi said, “We support Lebanon’s independence and territorial integrity. No country has no right to interfere in Lebanon’s internal affairs.”
“Iran will support Lebanon against the Zionist occupation,” he said. Of course, that means that a friendly country is in favor of Lebanese friends, and that it will never interfere in Lebanon’s issues.
“According to the leader’s statement, Iran and Lebanon have a very good relationship. The Lebanese state is supporting Iran in difficult and difficult circumstances,” he said.
During a day’s visit to Lebanon, Araguchi will meet with the Lebanese president, chairman, prime minister and his Lebanese people.
The issue of bilateral relations between Iran and Lebanon, particularly the Palestinian situation and the continued attacks by the Zionist regime on Lebanon and Syria, will become one of the most important topics of discussion with senior Lebanese officials during this trip.
On Sunday night, Iran’s Foreign Minister visited Cairo to hold talks with Egyptian authorities, including Egyptian President Abdel Fatta Al-Sisi and his Egyptian counterpart, Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency Director (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, and also met with Egyptian elites and Iranians resident in the country.
