Foreign Minister Abbas Aragut had a telephone conversation with Tajik counterpart, Sirozidin Muriddin, to discuss bilateral relations and latest regional development following the US joint attack on Israel and Iran.
In a telephone conversation on Tuesday, Muriddin once again condemned the military attacks for violations of the UN Charter and fundamental principles of international law.
He also conveyed the will and solidarity of the Iranian state from the Tajikistani people and the government.
Muhriddin emphasized that Dushanbe is condemning attacks in international forums and bilateral exchanges, expressing his confidence that a wise and resilient Iranian nation will overcome the current challenges with strength.
Araguchi thanked Tajikistan for his stance, explaining the unified status of regional and Islamic countries against Israeli and the US attacks as a sign of a common awareness among many in the international community regarding the threat posed by the condemnation of Israeli law.
He also highlighted the responsibility of the UN Security Council, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and other relevant international organizations, and emphasized the holding of the genocide regimes liability for violations of international law.
