On Thursday, President Pezeshkian called Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to congratulate the Malaysian government and the people of Eid al-Ada.
He noted that such important opportunities provide a valuable opportunity to deepen brotherhood between countries that share a common Bible and prophet.
Pezeschkian expressed his hope that the Hajj festival of pilgrimage and sacrifice would enhance unity, brotherly love, peace and tranquility in Muslim countries, and promote the exchange of progress and shared experiences.
He further emphasized the collective responsibility of Muslims to the oppressed countries of the Islamic world, urging governments and communities to amplify the voices of the International Forum of Palestinians, particularly Gaza, and to expose global public opinion the true nature of false human rights and peace adjuncts.
The Iranian president also praised Prime Minister Ibrahim’s efforts to protect the rights of Palestinians.
In response, Ibrahim congratulated the Iranian government, its people, and the leader of the Islamic revolution in Eid al-Ada.
